If we consider heart disease in the world and try to concentrate on the reasons of it then there are so many reasons that can be found. Some of the main reason for heart diseases is using cholesterol in food, not doing any physical activity, eating less healthy diet, obesity and of course having fat ingredients in your food. If you want to prevent heart disease then you will have to eliminate all fat elements from your food. Food is an essential element in a person’s life. If you are not able to take healthy food and instead, there is so much fat involved in your food then you may be at a high risk to heart disease.

You must take steps to prevent heart disease because once you will be subjected to heart disease then you will not be able to live a healthy life. If you will use salt then you can also develop a high blood pressure problem. High blood pressure can also trigger heart disease. No matter what kind of disease you suffer from by using salt, it will convert into heart disease somehow. So you better stop using salt or at least reduce the use of it. Pepper is perfect replacement to salt as it has no side effects or any harmful effects on body.
